Our comprehensive wheel repair process begins with an experienced engineer meticulously inspecting the rim to assess its overall condition and identify the best repair solution. All damages are thoroughly recorded for accuracy and transparency.

The next step involves a non-corrosive chemical stripping process to remove old paint and dirt from the wheels. This is followed by sandblasting to eliminate any remaining layers of corrosion and dirt, creating a pristine surface ready for coating.

At this stage, the wheels are expertly welded and repaired as needed. We utilize a computer-turned lathe to ensure the material conforms to the original manufacturer's specifications, providing a precise and reliable repair.

Subsequently, the entire wheel is coated with a powder paint and oven-baked to secure the coating. In our paint shop, multiple layers of colour paint are applied, followed by either powder or wet lacquer for a durable and polished finish. The wheel is then oven-baked once more to set the final layer.

Before returning the wheel to the customer, our engineer conducts a final quality check to ensure the entire process has been successful and the wheel meets our high standards.
